ANALYSIS: Fox News Pollster Misrepresented Trump Impeachment Poll

You knew it, right?  You just knew something was off about the Fox News poll you must have heard about that said more people wanted Trump impeached than not.

The poll released last week by Fox News that claimed more Americans favor impeachment for President Trump underrepresented Republican and independent voters, the New York Post has found.

The poll showed that 51 percent of voters favored Trump’s impeachment and his removal from office, and that only 40 percent do not want him impeached.

The firm that did the poll, Braun Research out of Princeton, NJ, claimed that 48 percent of those surveyed were Democrats, but the actual breakdown of parties was 31 percent Democrat, 29 percent Republican, and 38 percent independent, according to Gallup.
A NY Post analysis determined that a poll weighted for party affiliation would have and should have concluded that 44.9 percent were for impeachment while 44.4 percent were against it, but that’s not how Trump haters roll.  They lie and will do anything to interfere in the 2020 election by making Trump look bad.

And the numbers are that way mostly because the Fake News media has lied so much about Trump that it would seem silly to not see this type of reaction.

The poll was so off that President Trump took to social media to trash it.

“From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll. Whoever their Pollster is, they suck. But FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days. With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme….”

The leftist news media always interferes in elections to harm Republicans.  Remember back in 2000 when George W Bush ran against Vice President Al Gore and the mainstream media called the all-important state of Florida for the Democrat before voting ended?  It turned out the Pan Handle still had an hour left of voting.  Bush won the state anyway, but that early call, done on purpose by media liberals for Gore, caused more than a lot of Bush voters to go home before casting their ballots, and it also caused a Constitutional crisis with Gore suing to win Florida and ultimately the election.  Thank God it didn’t work.
